The first, "Dance of the Spirits" is a percussionists dream evoking Southeast Asian flavor and energy. The second movement "The Party: Intermezzo" is a popular dance type of driving beat. The suite slows with the third movement with the haunting " The Party: Art Imitates Life" and a recap of the Spanish chorus here arranged for orchestra "Bailen, Canten, Que Noche Bonita" Perfect for New Year's Eve or New Year's Day concert.
