Worldly Politics and Divine Institutions explores the entanglement of religion and government in a comparative, case-based analysis of several major court cases from the European Court of Human Rights, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court of the U.K. The entanglement of religion and state is prevalent in many democratic countries however it is understudied.
