Change, Balance, & Flow: An Essential Oil Journey

This book is the story of my life transiting from a "working life" to living the rest of my life rooted in a "Whole Wellness Lifestyle". A Whole Wellness Lifestyle is a way of living life intentionally. Rooted in practical applications, it calls for an examination of current situations in thought, mindset, and action. It calls for reflection in 3 key areas of life. . As I reflected on these thoughts, I began to conclude that if I am to remain healthy, happy and unaffected by what was turning my world upside down at this phase of my life I had to do something differently. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. So, I became more intentional in my thoughts and actions. I examined three key areas of my life that had a major impact on how I showed up in the world. As I began to CHANGE, BALANCE and FLOW, my truth shined through! The thought of redesigning who I was and what I owed to myself, my family and community took on new meaning and a shift happened.
